Adicora behind the scenes at the Forbidden Fashion Show!!!

Adicora Swimwear is so proud of how this year’s 4th Annual Forbidden Fashion show turned out! Now that the show is over and the lights are out, it’s time for our fans to know all the secrets behind the scenes…

Producer, director and host Eduardo Khawam used his magic to put on a stunning James Bond-themed show. Held at the spectacular Seattle Art Museum downtown, art of Cai Guo-Qiang’s ‘car-art’ exhibit helped to give the show a sexy ambiance combined with elegance and extravagance.
The jewelry pieces used to accessorize each and every collection were designed by none other than Cintli designer Beto Yarce. These incredible pieces definitely complimented each line. Origami artist Rebecca Ashburn helped our line stand out with her unique, handmade origami rose headpieces. The look really set our collection apart and matched our 2011-2012 collection photo shoot. Back stage, stylists from Gene Juarez and Leonardo Coronado worked hard to give the models the perfect elegant and mysterious look.

We’d like to give a very special thanks to our official Social Media guru Chris Christopher. He did an excellent job, and went above and beyond in helping the designers and the backstage team to get everything ready for the show. And of course, the show couldn’t have happened without the help backstage of Luis Sanchez and Lina Zeineddine, who kept everyone organized and on-schedule. The beautiful models did a fantastic job, strutting their stuff and running back and forth from the runway to change from lingerie to bikinis in mere minutes-all while wearing stilettos! These girls were amazing!

One little secret we’re dying to let you in on: backstage with us was the crew of Cliqvue TV, filming behind-the-scenes footage for the upcoming show The Industry. Adicora and designer Niveen Heaton will be the star of the show’s first episode! Stay tuned for more details on this in the coming weeks! But the most exciting part of the show was Adicora designer Niveen Heaton unveiling our 2011-2012 collection.
